To initiate a refund, please send an email to baldvids@aquariusentertain.com with “Refund” in the subject line, within 3 days of purchase given the immediate receival of goods, and provide the reason for your request in the body of the email, along with your order details. Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

However, in the event that your card was used fraudulently, we are more than willing to issue a refund, pass the data on to the authorities for them to assist in the investigation of the theft of your personal information and lock your data out so that way none of your information will ever be used on our site again. Just let us know!
